exciting statistics for Wikidata is the one where you see the number of statements per item. As Wikidata matures, more statements are added. The scale is from 0 to 9 and finally10 or more statements. The latest available dump has 10 or more at over 10%. The number that has been reported in the past is about the number of items that make up 50%. Today they have 0, 1, 2 or 3 statements.
Slowly but surely we are getting to the point where ten or more statements is too big much as it no longer satisfies our need to know. It is a good thing that wiser heads will determine when that will be :)
