Pennsylvania Deitsch is a language spoken by some 100.000 people in North America. It does not have a separate word for Dutch, German and English. The question is how do you localise for this language when it is important to differentiate between these languages ...
Thanks,

"Deitsch" ist basicly the Bavarian word for "Deutsch", which ist the german word for "German".
ReplyDeleteI guess you can use the bavarian words. But if not: you don't really need to translate a meaning - right?
Actually I do. In the localisation you want to indicate that a word is German, Dutch or English. When the word is the same in translation, you effectively cannot.
