#Opera-mini for #Malayalam and Indic languages

Praveen Prakash send me the following information:

An information bit.

Language Malayalam (Probably all other Indic languages) can be read from Java Phones using "Opera Mini"

tweak is here:
wiki
Type "config:" (without quotes) on address bar and press OK

Change entry for 'Use bitmap fonts for complex scripts' to 'Yes'.

I didn't tried, But many people confirmed this in Malayalam Wikipedia Mailing list.

Thanks

Really relevant information, the question arises if it is possible that configuration is possible for other browsers as well. One key question is, how can Malayalam be entered in the browser.
Thanks,

All other characters including ligatures, vowel symbols are fine. But not atomic chillu character. I assume thats because opera software companies servers has no new fonts :(.

But as far as I know text is easily readable than many other browsers.
