When you are a Wikipedian, a US citizen and a student you are eligible for an internship at the US National Archives and be its Wikipedian in residence. This is awesome on so many levels.
- it will be the first Wikipedian in residence in an archive
- the National Archives looks great on any CV
- it is a great opportunity for the Wiki world to learn about archives, what they do and how they do it
- as the National Archives is passionate about transparency and Open Government, participation, and collaboration, it is a great way of extending a hand of friendship and collaboration between two worlds
